6.2 Watch Data

Comprensi collects data about the videos you watch to understand your interests, improve recommendation algorithms, and enhance the user experience.

6.3 Future User Contributions

If we allow users to modify or add metadata (e.g., topics) to videos, you:

• Grant Comprensi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your contributions.
• Affirm that you have the right to submit such content.
• Understand Comprensi may modify or remove contributions at its discretion.

6.4 Aggregate Data Use

We may use aggregated, anonymized data derived from user interactions to improve our services, conduct research, and enhance the platform.

6.5 Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on others’ rights. Comprensi may remove any user-submitted content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

While using Comprensi, you agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading behavior.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.

8.1 Comprensi's Intellectual Property: All content on Comprensi—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is owned by Comprensi or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

8.2 Third-Party Content: Videos sourced via YouTube remain the property of their creators. Your use of these videos is subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service and the creators’ own terms.

8.3 Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content on Comprensi without prior written consent from us or the respective licensors.

Some features are offered through paid subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Subscription prices may change, and we will notify you before any change takes effect.
• You may cancel anytime, but refunds are not issued for the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers, and subscribing means you agree to their terms and conditions.

You may terminate your account any time by contacting us at comprensi.app@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to Comprensi if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, you lose access to your account, and user content you provided may no longer be available.

Comprensi is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comprensi disclaims all warranties, and you agree we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Comprensi, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales.

This choice of law does not deprive you of protections under the consumer laws of your country of residence. If you access the Services outside the UK, you are responsible for complying with local laws.
